Basque Country Tour Itinerary:

1st day. BARCELONA - ZARAGOZA - MADRID
Departure from Hotel Catalonia Plaza (Plaza Espana n6) at 8:30am to Zaragoza. Time at leisure to visit the Basilica of Pilar, Patroness Virgin of the Hispanic world. Continue to Madrid. Overnight.

2nd day. MADRID - BURGOS - SAN SEBASTIAN
Breakfast and departure to Burgos and departure to San Sebastián. Overnight.

3rd day. SAN SEBASTIAN - BILBAO - CASTRO URDIALES - SANTANDER
Breakfast. Panoramic sightseeing and departure to Bilbao. Short panoramic and drive to Castro Urdiales. (Lunch not included.) Continue to Santander. Afternoon at leisure. Overnight.

4th day. SANTANDER - SANTILLANA - COVADONGA - OVIEDO
Breakfast and departure to Santillana and Covadonga. Sightseeing and special Special Gourmet  lunch consisting in a tasting of the Asturia cuisine. Departure to Oviedo. Overnight.

5th day. OVIEDO - GIJON - LUGO
Breakfast and departure to Gijón. Short panoramic sightseeing.Proceeding to the lovely fisher's village of Cudillero (free time for lunch). Continue to Lugo. Overnight.

6th day. LUGO - LA CORUÑA - SANTIAGO
Breakfast. Departure to La Coruña. Panoramic sightseeing. Free time. Optional tour to the Rias Altas. Departure to Santiago. Overnight.

7th day. SANTIAGO DE COMPOSTELA
Breakfast and overnight. In the morning sightseeing tour the monumental city one of the most famous Pilgrimage center for Christians . (Entrance included to the Cathedral) Afternoon at leisure.

8th day. SANTIAGO - RIAS BAJAS - LA TOJA - VIGO
Breakfast. Departure to the charming gallician Rías Bajas and the Island of La Toja. Time at leisure, following to Vigo. Overnight.

Some departures could have overnight in Bilbao instead of San Sebastian.
